We were amazed by our view from the balcony (apartment room) - it is a very quiet place with a real family spirit. And also b-fast were very tasty, rich and varied - fresh local bakery products, always something new to try. The housewife is such a nice and helpful lady. Hassle-free parking right next to the house. It is only 10 minutes away from the resorts of Zell am See or Kaprun. Supermarkets nearby. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We can definitely recommend.

Everything what we needed was present. What a help to have breakfast included!

Amazing view of the mountains, very nice host family, clean space. We were going to bed (exhausted by whole day skiing) looking forward for the tasty breakfast with fresh crunchy bread. We would like to come also in summer for some hiking tours.

Very pleasant stay and very nice hosts. Beautiful view from the room. Amazing breakfast (with amazing pastry down the road from Bäckerei). Only 15min by car from Zell am See/Kaprun. Thank You! :) Snow chains in winter recommended ;)

Tolle Unterkunft, freundlich, wunderschöne Gegend

Ein toller Blick ins Tal, verzaubert den Morgen. Sehr freundliche Familie inklusive Hofhund. Die Lage ist abgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab alles in der Küche, was es brauchte. Materialien für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Bad war ein bisschen eng durch die eingebaute Dusche (quasi im Durchgang zum Zimmer), zwar abschließbar, aber dennoch ein bisschen wenig Privatsphäre. Zu zweit war das okay, zu viert in der schwierig.

L'emplacement est parfait et la vue absolument magnifique. Le lieux en lui même est très agréable et les hôtes très gentils. Le logement est assez spacieux et confortable, le balcon avec la vue est un vrai plus.

Un peu plus d'équipements de base aurait été parfait (sel, huile, sèche cheveux,....)
