Vico dell' Elce

This is a very unique property within a few minutes walk to Lecce Old town. The room was small but comfortable, nicely updated and super clean! The host was very friendly, gave us recommendations for dinner place and made us feel welcomed!

Street parking was difficult to find

Fantástico todo!!!! Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia! El hotel es nuevo y eso se nota en cada detalle. La habitación es una maravilla: súper amplia, comodísima y con una limpieza impecable, de diez. Además, el baño es de cine: muy cómodo, con buena luz y con una ducha al ras del suelo que es una gozada. La ubicación muy buena a 5 minutos del centro histórico Por último, destacar la atención recibida por Rosario, que fue encantador nos invitaba a café y estuve siempre disponible. Incluso para hacer el checking antes, un detallazo que marca la diferencia. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Ligging

Location was quite good. Beds were ok. Shower and bathroom were ok. The airy open space between rooms was nice. The owner was willing to help us cut a melon that we bought for breakfast. He also eventually waived the cost of changing fresh towels and floor mats for us. Owner also came to meet us for an early check-in.

1. The quilt on the bed was too small for the bed. Rooms were really small, nowhere to put our luggage. 2. No drinking water provided. Would have been good to provide water as it is an essential amenity. 3. Breakfast was strictly 1 coffee and 1 pastry per person. Additional pastries and coffee were charged on a per piece and per cup basis. We ended up supplementing our breakfast with our own fruits and biscuits. 4. The extra charge of 4 Euros for request of change of bath towels. Our suggestion: It is better if you charge 15 or 20 Euros more per night and “absorb” all of the above as part of your cost.
