It is centrally located, recently remodeled with exquisite details, and includes Starlink high speed internet.

The house has two separate bedroom suites for independent privacy. The kitchen and living room boast vaulted ceilings that open to the garden and pool. The house is tastefully furnished, has high-end finishes, and features a brand new pool, manicured garden, and a private viewing deck for the Pacific Ocean sunset.

Located centrally and conveniently in the safe, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Carrizalillo, Casa Pelicano is a few blocks from Rinconada where you can enjoy world class restaurants, and walking distance from some of the most beautiful beaches like Carrizalillo, Manzanillo, and Playa Coral. A short drive takes you to all other popular destinations in Puerto including Bacocho, Zicatela and La Punta.

We visited Casa Pelicano with my little family of 3 which included my 9 year old daughter. From the beginning communication with the host was great! Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. Walking distance to Playa Carazalillo - beautiful beach with a beach club where you can rent beach beds and get food and drinks. Also walking distance to Rinconada’s restaurants and shops. Overall, great location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool worked out perfect for our afternoons after the beach and the roof deck was great for early morning coffee or evening sunsets. Overall, a great stay in PXM. Thank you Rebecca and crew.

As prior reviews mentioned, the place is exactly as described. We’ll maintained and comfortable space. The pool is perfect for the hot afternoons and getting to take in the views from the upper deck is awesome. Ideal for two couples or friends, the separate rooms might not be perfect for young families. Close to town as we walked to dinner every night and down to the beach frequently. The biggest thing that set this place apart was communication - due to a major storm the property (and neighborhood) lost power and water. Rebecca was thoughtfully communicating with us the whole time to ensure our safety and even set us up with another place to shower and relax the next day before our flight. Thank you!

We had a lovely amazing stay here. Check in was easy and the house is beautiful. Kids loved the pool and the house was very comfortable and within waking distance to nearby beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Communication with Rebecca was fast and easy and she was excellent and addressed all our needs.

Charming modern home with a view that will take your breath away. I can't say enough about how nice this home is. It has an open living concept, which I loved. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculately clean and had all the amenities from top to bottom. Rebecca was great to communicate everything and gave us recommendations on food and other activities. It was within minutes of great beaches or the Centro where incredible food and shopping was available. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. 🙂

This bnb was beautiful - my husband wanted to stay here because he was fascinated with the architecture and it did not disappoint. The place itself is very clean and spacious. The rooftop is amazing with gorgeous views. The location is perfect - 5-10 min walk to restaurants and shops and 10 minute walk to a great beach. The only downfall of the place is that they did not provide drinking water. I don't know how you can charge that much money for a bnb and not provide drinking water.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and well set up for our work/vacation. Great working kitchen and spacious LR. Bedroom and bathrooms the same! Lovely pool with privacy/yard. Nice ocean views from 2nd floor balcony with couch. Easy walk to town and local beaches. Great wifi and amazing property management, responding to all of our questions and needs promptly.

I can't rave about this house enough! This house has everything you need. The interior spaces are roomy, comfortable, AC'd with all the supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. We made a lot of meals in the kitchen! The beds are perfect and we both slept sooo well! The showers were warm and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great. We spent a lot of time in the pool, sunchairs and garden luxuriating in the sun. Your own little oasis. The terrace is HUGE with a great view of the ocean and sunsets. The location is perfect. Very short walk to the best sunbathing beach Carrizalillo and a short walk to Angelito and Manzanillo. You're right there with shops, restaurants and.bars and removed from the clubs that are on Principal. We wanted to check that out too and that was a quick taxi ride. Rebecca the house manager is too helpful, arranging our to/from airport taxis, a bioluminescent bay tour and gave us a number to a taxi that we WhatsApp'd whenvere we needed. She also hooked us up with an iron and hair dryer which was above and beyond! She's so communicative and made check in/out and our stay soo easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended! Loved this place. The property was great and our host was great. She communicated well prior to arrival and even arranged transport from the airport. She allowed us to check in early since our flight go in before check in. The house was clean and comfortable with a beautiful rooftop lounge looking over the ocean. The pool was clean and warm. The location is safe and nice and withing walking distance to many restaurants, shops and several nice beaches. There are a few neat areas south of the house that require a cab but cabs were 50-80 pesos anywhere you want to go. We rented a motorbike for 2 of the days and we're able to explore on our own (rental was 4 blocks from the house!) Overall was a very nice experience
