About this house rental
An enchanting place to disconnect and enjoy all the incredible things the Adirondacks have to offer. You will have access to the whole house. It is a beautiful country house seating on 5 acres of land. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, a den and a separate seating room. It also has a nice 3 season sunroom complete with bar, a mini fridge and some games. The basement is set up as a game room, with a pool table, ping pong table, TV with microphone in case you want to indulge in some Karaoke, a Sapo game, some kids toys and foosball table for your enjoyment. Outdoor parking is available. The house has a beautiful serene backyard with two ponds and waterfalls that are running from late April thru late September/early October. It also has a BBQ grill, fire pit, a pergola with chairs and a cute bistro set perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or a good glass of wine in the afternoon while listening to the sounds of the running water and nature. It is truly a great space to share with family and friend and just relax.
The house is secluded enough to enjoy nature, peace and quiet, while still being close enough to all the action. Brookhaven Golf Course is around the corner, you are minutes away from Broadway in Saratoga Springs where you can find great restaurants, bars, and shops and also close to many lakes, trails, skiing in the winter and many activities. You are about 1 min. to Brookhaven Golf Course, 15 min. to Saratoga Golf & Polo Club, 15 min. to Broadway in Saratoga Springs, 17 min. to Saratoga Racetrack, 15 min. to Saratoga Spa State Park, 30 min. to Lake George, 25 min. to Saratoga Lake, 30 min. to Great Sacandaga Lake, 50 min. to Albany. If you want some winter activities like skiing and snow-tubing you have West Mountain 20 min. away, 35 min. to Hickory Ski Center, 45 min. to Willard Mountain, 50 min. to Maple Ski Ridge. There is so much to see and do in the Adirondacks that you will be sure to have a great time any time of the year!

This house and the grounds were so relaxing. The sound of the mini waterfalls are so soothing. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean. The backyard was very soothing with the running water from the ponds. Ample room inside , with comfortable beds. We would stay there again.
