About this house rental
Absolutely spectacular and newly remodeled home nestled on 18 acres with organic perennials. Pet friendly Spacious with over 2800 sq/feet there’s room for everyone. Relax around the fire pit outside as the kids play on the amazing kids treehouse with curly slide, climbing wall and swings. Kayak and canoe await you at the lake for easy launch less than a mile away. Paddle down the stream and around Lake Luzerne with ease. Loons and bald eagle sightings are frequent on our lake. A quick 10 minute drive away from Lake George and 30 minutes to downtown Saratoga. Large perennial organic garden with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries on site. Hiking trails start right at the back door that lead to beautiful views of surrounding mountains. All in a high end and spacious home with tons of windows and natural light. Loft area for the kids with sensory swing and many toys and books. Foosball table and bar area for the adults with several living room areas for everyone to spread out. Open kitchen with a large island is welcoming and inviting. Family artwork hanging through the home to enjoy. Don’t worry about towels or linens- these are included. Just bring yourself and enjoy. Several solar panel arrays help to complete the property. Will not disappoint!

3 generations incl 5 and under-2 year olds had a wondeful time here. The 5 yr old wanted to stay living here rather than return home. The treehouse was a huge hit but we also enjoyed the layout of the house (excellent kitchen), the firepit, walks in woods behind the house. The home is very well equipped and very clean. Oddly we were so busy we never used the kayaks which had been a big draw for us (we did swim and picnic at the beach where they are stored).

This spot is excellent if you're looking to enjoy Luzerne and the surrounding areas! Plenty of hang out spots throughout the house, the fire pit is awesome, and the fruit/veggies in the garden are super tasty!! Lia is an excellent hosts who communicates quickly and clearly!

Can not say enough about this house, it’s exactly what the title says ! Our 5 and 3 year old grandsons just loved this place , the back yard was an adventure of fun…the privacy is top notch…Just a gem …..thanks for having us, the vacation was A+
