The location to DTLA and koreatown was so convenient, even getting to Santa Monica was easy when traffic wasn't high! The rooms were cozy, the front porch swing was our fav spot, the area was mostly quiet and calm, felt safe being in a new area! Doris was great with checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. There was even a cute stray cat we fed.
My issue is that the air ventilation to the upstairs rooms is not the best, so it was warm upstairs despite the AC being low. Sometimes we'd come home and the house would be warm despite the air being on.
