I like how it was just right in front of the Ferry and above Restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately, my skirt got bleached by Clorox after I left it on the table under the sink. I understand that cleaning sprays were used to disinfect, but the area wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

STRUTTURA BELLISSIMA PULITA E NUOVA . LE CAMERE SONO MOLTO SPAZIOSE. I LETTI SONO GRANDI.LA STRUTTURA È SUPER DOTATA DI BIANCHERIA E SAPONI E I CUSCINI NOI LI ABBIAMO TROVATI COMODI. IL BALCONE HA UNA POSIZIONE E UNA VISTA INVIDIABILE. LE PORTE SONO MODERNE È TUTTE BEN FUNZIONANTI . ARIA CONDIZIONATA MOLTO POTENTE MEGLIO ABBASSARLA UN PO. NON È PROIBITO PORTARE UN PASTO IN CAMERA HAI UN MINIFRIGO A DISPOSIZIONE E APPOGGI PER MANGIARE. STRUTTURA MOLTO ACCESSORIATA FRESCA E MOLTO PRATICA AD UN PREZZO ECCEZIONALE. GLI HOST SONO MOLTO ACCOMODANTI E RISPONDONO SEMPRE. LA STRUTTURA NON INCLUDE NELLA TARIFFA IL COSTO DEL DEPOSITO BAGAGLIO PERCHÉ NON HA UN DEPOSITO BAGAGLIO. Capri is a beautiful island and should be in the itinerary of any visitor who is fond Italy.
The property is located in very close proximity to the port which makes visiting other places in the vicinity easier. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property has two bedrooms; the larger one has a nice balcony overlooking the port, with two double beds and the bedroom in the back room has another double bed but with no window.
The bathroom is nice and clean. The air conditioning in the front room works well.
Although the property overlooks the port, it was quiet at night.
As advertised, the property has no kitchen so there are no utensils at all and requires guests to go outside even for a cup of coffee. There are no glasses to drink from at night, so I recommend visitors to bring some before coming. The pillows are quite thick, so some guests may wish to bring their own pillows. The beds are large but unfortunately not very comfortable. The sheets were of very poor quality.
Right after we arrived at the property, we were informed that the sliding bathroom door was broken and had to be lifted by hand to make it slide, which posed difficulty at night because sliding the door made noise. This was particularly disappointing since we read later from a previous review highlighting this same problem.
There is a refrigerator in the back room but it was not working when we arrived and it did not make sense operating since we stayed only for one night.
