Cet appartement n'a RIEN de luxueux mais il est très bien placé : proche de l'hyper centre ville, proche du funiculaire, proche de la gare routière pour prendre les bus qui sillonnent Capri. Il est grand, avec vue sur la ville et sur la mer à condition de se pencher par l'unique fenêtre (pas de terrasse). L'appartement est calme et agréable.
Au mois de septembre un voyageur a signalé dans un commentaire qu'un toilette (WC) était en panne, nous avons voyagé fin-octobre et il était toujours en panne, nous sommes donc loin du luxe, il faut que l'intitulé de l'annonce soit changé ou alors que les hôtes réalisent la maintenance ou qu'ils baissent le prix... La télécommande de la télévision est en très mauvais état et scotchée mais elle fonctionne toujours. Le canapé est vieux et comporte des tâches. Les articles de toilette gratuits sont en fait un bidon de gel douche (laissé par les précédentes personnes ?). Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de four micro onde, pas de grille pain, mais qu'il y a bien un grand frigo et des plaques de cuisson au gaz. Nous avons eu du mal à récupérer les clés car notre check-in demandé et accepté pour 2PM-3PM n'arrangeait finalement pas l'hôte et nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes avec les enfants entre 2h20 et 2h45. Le check-out était facile.

Ci hanno consigliato dove poter mangiare cosa visitare.
Peccato che capri sia ancora un cantiere a cielo aperto, molti ancora devono aprire.
Motivo in più per tornare.

The host met us at the apartment and showed us the facilities. They were very pleasant and helped with our luggage. Great view from the window. 2 bathrooms and washing machine, for which we were grateful. Washing detergent was provided.
The location was excellent with easy walking access to main square. It's in a pedestrian only area and the last part must be walked.
We were expecting luxury facilities but there were several aspects could be enhanced.
The cooling system was noisy and ventilation into bedrooms was poor - we visited in early September. Have suggested ceiling fans to the host.
There were two flights of stairs to reach the apartment without a lift, we struggled a little with medium sized suitcases.
Kitchen was rather cramped and lacked kettle and mugs, but had a good sized fridge
