A pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta, dotata di tutti i comfort e di una vista paradisiaca. Ma il fiore all’occhiello è stato poter contare sulla grande disponibilità, cortesia, attenzione al cliente e tempestività dell’Host. Non fatevi scappare questa piccola gemma di Capri.

Loved our stay at A varca ra neve. It is an older style property with a lovely terrace. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The washing machine was really helpful and there was a foldable drying rack and an outdoor washing line.
The area is very close to the main square of Capri along the road towards the hospital 5-10mins walk. There is a big supermarket across from the hospital (under 5mins walk). The bus to Anacapri and the chairlift to Monte Solare is on the road before the main square.
The apartment was super quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

A force de galérer pour trouver l'appartement, la correspondante nous a précisé qu'il ne fallait pas utiliser Google maps qui nous envoie à une autre adresse.
Elle nous a envoyé une autre carte
Pour accéder à l'appartement, envoi d'une vidéo par WhatsApp.
Pas de check in mais la correspondante voulait un check out.
Concernant l'équipement, le four est HS et déjà signalé sur une évaluation booking depuis le 23 mai 2025. Le four est précisé dans l'équipement de l'appartement. A aucun moment il nous a été dit qu'il était en panne. On le découvre à l'arrivée ( voir photo)
Selon la correspondante, ils attendent l'intervention du technicien mais en haute saison, ils sont débordés. Je ne pense pas que mai ou septembre soient des mois de haute saison, sauf peut être à Capri. Il mérite d'être remplacé tout simplement.
Il n'y a pas de couteau à pain ni de planche à découper.
