Style of house. Contemporary modern. Off street parking. Comfortable room with beverage facilities and TV. Compforable breakfast room and generous self serve breakfast.
Only observation was the shared bathroom was on the floor below, but that did not hinder my comfort.

Breakfast was good, very good quality and the breakfast room was very clean, as was the rest of the property. come and see for yourself.

We were greeted at the door very nice and shown to or room.
Convenient to the town centre beautiful decorated and clean. Nice to have parking off road. We were able to take the room at 12.00 due to have to go to a wedding. The bed was nice and comfortable. We would certainly recommend this place.

Perfect position away from the centre but only a short walk in. Great outlook and parking on private drive.

All good.
During hours of darkness, I found it difficult to locate the venue when driving. I noticed that outside the property is a telegraph pole and exactly on the opposite kerb is a mature tree. This was my 'marker' for my stay and I felt safer using it. This is not a quibble, hopefully a useful piece of advice for those of a certain age :)

Great location, well appointed bed and continental breakfast
Modern, well designed, refurbished property with well appointed rooms
Couldn’t close the roof window which made it noisy from the road outside. I didn’t want to force it. Only other thing was one of the bedside lights didn’t work.
