Enjoyed my short stay for sure.

Location was perfect, being close to restaurants and cafes, etc. Peaceful and wonderful home cooked breakfast. Comfy bed as well as a not small but open-spaced bedroom.

Location in the centre of Mildenhall and value for money and with Car parking. The Hosts were more than helpful and were perfect hosts. The cost of the room included a simple light breakfast. We had a very pleasant time and will stay again when we come this way. The room was spacious. With a lounge where you can watch Tv or sit in the garden. Breakfast was served in the dining room.

Shared bathroom. But this was not a problem and we knew this before we booked. The cost of the room reflected this.

Everything great ,carolyn was brilliant,great value for money

Average Breakfast,it said on booking .com. Fabulous breakfast, but i only had muesli and egg on toast, no other options On hot food. It was nice, but i don't think it was worth a fabulous mark, would have expected full English or a bit more choice,also no tv in room,not complaining all was great, but a fabulous breakfast should have more choice, misleading

It was perfect for me because I was on route.

Breakfast was perfect for me because I wanted to get on the road, cereal toast and fabulous to be given fresh figs as well ! I was made very welcome and slept well.

My hosts were very kind to me in allowing me to help myself to my breakfast early, which was fabulous.

Nice place and host. Very much a case of staying in somebody's home which has pros and cons.

The place was clean and comfortable. No CCTV, which is an advantage.

Hadn't realised when booking that it was a shared bathroom. No way of locking room when leaving it in the evening so had to lock confidential papers and lap top in car. Breakfast didn't involve bacon

Welcoming and homely stay

A perfect place for us to make an overnight stop. It was quiet, very comfortable and there was space to park on the drive in front of the house. I appreciated having a guests' lounge area where I could relax before going to bed. We were made to feel very welcome by Carolyn and enjoyed exploring her magnificent garden and meeting Suzy the cat.

As others have said the breakfast is basic, but it is advertised as such and we didn't mind as we were only staying one night. It took us a little while to find the property as it is set back from the road. We worked it out in the end, but some more detailed directions about how to access it would have helped us to find it quicker.

Excellent ambience , within a homely setting,well reccom

Hosts, the cleanliness of the place and it's position in Mildenhall. Bed was comfy and thier were tea and coffee in the rooms. They needed until pots as well even though milk was provided. It was too hot for it to stay cool.. I had a very happy visit and left refreshed... I loved thier garden..so English and restful. 10/10

Breakfast for me wasn't enough as I do like a full English but I'm not complaining it's me. Would have liked ensuite facilities Still 10/10

Carolyn and John were lovely, attentive and kind hosts. The property was in a beautiful location, quite, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had my morning coffee in their beautiful big garden next to Susie the cat. I really enjoyed my stay and you won’t be disappointed.

Would definitely recommend this Guest House.

Location was central just right for me, I had to be away by 7.00am each morning so Carolyn left me bread for toast and Cereal in the morning. A small jug of milk was left in my room for tea which was far better than small plastic UHT milk! Nice quiet location as well.

Calm. Nice welcoming owners. Made us feel at ease. You can share your some time with the owners. In a sunny day, you can use the garden which between the House and a small river.

Quiet retreat and wonderful hosts

Super comfy double bed, spacious room, power shower in shared bathroom (although it was rarely taken when I needed it). Carolyn is a wonderful host, even offered me home made hot cross buns and sourdough as she was making it that day! Incredible value with free parking and easy access to A14 for most routes, this place was quiet and welcoming with a separate guest lounge and full Sky TV with fast broadband also. The breakfast was simple in nature but filling (no fry ups, eggs etc) but for the price you cannot ask for more. Carolyn even got off her dinner table to make me a cuppa as I returned from work at 530pm! Definitely 11/10

Great location. Very friendly. Good-sized room, comfortable and warm. Lovely view of the garden. Nice breakfast with a great range of cereals.

It was not clear that it was a shared bathroom but I was the only one in so OK. No lock on the bedroom door - not so good for a lone female traveller but I felt safe there.
