Location, location , location....be our guest at our newest STR! We have spent the last 7 mos renovating this home!! EVERYTHING IS NEW!! Inviting farmhouse style with original hardwood floors. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including washer and dryer. Linens provided, wireless internet, smart tvs and cable. This home is situated among 17 other long term rentals and is the only house!! Quiet area and private parking space for this rental.

Everyone had their own room. Home was clean and well cared for. Very convenient to Kentucky Horse Park, grocery stores, and good proximity to Keeneland. Host was very responsive to our communications.
