Carlos (host) and his house were perfect! We loved the house. It is just darling. We were so comfortable. We loved having a backyard for our dogs to explore and a charming neighborhood for longer dog walks. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. We were so close to downtown restaurants and shops but the neighborhood was really quiet and private. Carlos was so attentive and helpful and he made sure the house had everything we needed. You could tell that he put a lot of thought into equipping the house with special little touches like K-cups, hair ties, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The house was also really clean. Although we don't have small children anymore, we took a peek at the upstairs and loved it! What a fun place for kids to hang out and have their own space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home base that feels like their own home. I hope to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Although the place was well stocked and hot tub worked, the house, was not Very uncomfortable. There was only comfort in our beds.
Could not relax on sofa and chairs. Too small and too low backed. Dinning room had mix and match chairs and also uncomfortable.
Only one bathroom on 1st floor. There was a plunger behind the toilet. The one upstairs very small. Stairs too steep to climb for us.
Unable to close both
Bedrooms down stairs because the bed was too big and the other one was warped. ( finally move a night stand out and pushed the bed over to the wall.)
Just an ugly house and not priced right in my opinion.
Kitchen cabinets had paint all over them or dirt, including the oven was filthy and the bottom drawer was crumbly. Kitchen was equipped enough, except I couldn’t find a pitcher to make iced tea. Underneath the sink there were all kinds of chemicals not needed for a rental. we pay for housecleaning so I don’t need oven cleaner.
I could go on and on with this list but I think the management should walk through this house and evaluate the safety of the steps at the front door, all the doors that can’t close and the smell as you enter. (A mixture of Old house and cleaning spray.)
We are very disappointed!
