Happy Holidays - 2 Minutes to Patong Beach

I recently stayed at the Hotel and came away pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it claim to be one, but for the price I paid, it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The most important thing I look for when traveling is a comfortable place to rest after a long day, and SK Residency delivered exactly that. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well throughout my stay. The room was clean, functional, and provided all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay, including a decent bathroom and reliable facilities. For most visitors to Phuket, the hotel room serves primarily as a comfortable base while spending the day at the beaches, exploring the island, or visiting tourist attractions. In that regard, SK Residency offers everything one truly needs without unnecessary frills, making it an excellent value-for-money option. One of its biggest advantages is its central location. Everything is conveniently accessible, including restaurants, shops, transportation, and other amenities. Although the property is situated on a main road, I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was at night. I experienced no disturbances and enjoyed restful sleep throughout my stay. The hotel is family-run, which adds a personal touch often missing in larger establishments. A special mention must go to Mr. Sultan, the owner, who resides on the premises and goes the extra mile to ensure his guests are comfortable. I had the opportunity to spend some time speaking with him and learned that he has roots in India, although Thailand has now been his home. What stood out most was his warmth, humility, and strong value system. His outlook on life, business, and customer satisfaction is genuinely admirable. He believes in treating guests with sincerity and respect rather than simply viewing hospitality as a transaction, and that philosophy is reflected throughout the property.

Honestly, I struggled to find anything noteworthy to complain about given the excellent value for money offered by the property. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant serving both Indian and Thai cuisine, which is extremely convenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing when you prefer not to venture too far for a meal. Safety, convenience, and accessibility are additional strengths. The property offers 24/7 access, is located in a safe area, and provides peace of mind for travelers returning late after exploring Phuket. Overall, Happy Holidays , Patong is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, safe, and centrally located place to stay without spending a fortune. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Phuket while enjoying a secure and convenient base from which to do so.

Really an amazing stay! The location is great if you want to be within walking distance of the main attractions in Patong. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to Sultan for his attention to details — he always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a beautiful terrace on top of the building perfect for relaxing and the restaurant down stairs is really good! Thank you for this wonderful stay, hope to be back :)
