    Mainly Staff is worse. As even if the place is not adequate, the staff behaviour makes it good. But here in Minotel, both are down to the last level. No Elevator on the hotel and even the bed is worse. Overall a BIG NO for this place.

    We asked for early check in and being ignored both in whatsapps and when arrived. They make excuses of room yet being ready but we see a lot of vacant rooms and very little guests during the check in days. They gave us the highest room at level 4 even the there are available lower units. Overall the location is very strategic and near to beach. But the lobby seems very messy with boxes and unwanted disarranged items.
