Leisurely wander along the winding beach path to the pristine ocean sands! Located at the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach, close to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath northern unit offers great ocean views from the spacious living/dining area.
Sit back and relax on your ocean front deck while enjoying the gentle breeze! Sunbathe on the shared rooftop deck where you can see miles of ocean and beach!
The living/dining area, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the main level. The entry, 1 bedroom, bath, and laundry are on the ground level.
For larger family gatherings reserve the south unit for a total of 7 bedrooms, contact us directly for more details!
Outside Shower. Parking for 5 cars in carport and driveway.
Bedding Configuration: 1King, 4 Twins
Occupancy: 8. No Smoking. No Pets.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

PositivesThe duplex boasts excellent access to the ocean, providing great views from both the living room deck and the rooftop balcony. These features significantly enhance the overall experience, making it a desirable location for those looking to enjoy coastal beauty and relaxation.Customer Service IssuesDespite the attractive aspects of the duplex, I rated my experience with a 3 due to the customer service provided by Bryant Real Estate. The booking process was handled through Vrbo, and we reserved a 4-bedroom unit. However, the contract provided by Bryant Real Estate, which required signing within 24 hours, only mentioned the “North Unit” without specifying the number of bedrooms.Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the absence of the 4th bedroom. I contacted the property management service and confirmed that the "South Unit" did have the 4 bedrooms we initially booked. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation and the communication error between Vrbo and Bryant Real Estate, the representative relayed that since we had already accessed the North Unit, they could not switch us to the available South Unit, which remained vacant during our entire stay.The representative informed me that our only option was to cancel the contract, which would result in losing our deposit and funds as we were within 12 days of the rental date. Additionally, she mentioned that the North Unit could sleep 8, referring to the fold out couch in the living room.
