About this house rental
Exceptionally renovated Ocean front 3 bedroom townhouse in the desirable Station One Complex is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the idyllic coastal town of Wrightsville Beach. There are serene ocean views from the living room, porch and master suite of this tastefully updated property. Garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and ample deck space are bonuses. For the 2021 rental season, the unit will also feature upgraded furniture and decor, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Property will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags upon guest arrival. In addition, the Station One complex features a large pool and tennis for residents and guests. Monthly rates available only during the off season: November thru March.

Inside of property was not like the pictures. Unit was beat up - stains on carpet, dirty/stained comforters. Could have been cleaner. Had to contact Property manager as freezer, oven were dirty. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Garage laundry area was also a mess.
