Osborne steading is a beautiful fully refurbished luxury 3 bed, 3 bath house in a quiet converted farm Steading. It is located in an idyllic peaceful rural setting, yet within walking distance to St Andrews centre. The property is a light, modern two storey building, it has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite and dressing room, while the two additional bedrooms are spacious twins. There is also a double sofa bed located in the large lounge, giving accommodation for up to eight people. The property boasts a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths and showers, and downstairs cloakroom, off street parking and attractive back garden with newly installed deck area with views over St Andrews and the sea. In the garden you will find outdoor seating, a barbecue and childrens' outdoor toys. The property is pet friendly and only a short stroll into the heart of St Andrews.

Our stay in St Andrew’s was amazing. It truly was home to home. The house is big, spacious and very well equipped. We loved that it had Sky TV so we could watch the US open golf. The view of St Andrew’s village from the garden was a wonderful surprise. Everything about the house was wonderful.

The house is very comfortable clean and welcoming and has a gorgeous private garden in back with a both a dining area and rocking chairs. The views are lovely and it is very quiet. It’s outside of the town of St. Andrews but very easily accessible - a 3 minute drive and nice 15 - 20 minute walk to the center of town.

HiAfter spending a few days at Osbourne Steading, We would highly recommend. Gillian the owner is lovely and friendly. The cottage is very clean and catered for everything you could imagine. Everything is to a high standard. It’s like a home from home. I’ve been to so many cottages throughout the UK and this one definitely ticks all the boxes. Obviously internet is a must now, but additional things such as sky tv, wii, dvd! The list just goes on - just makes it feel more homely. The couches/dining room are very comfortable. All beds were comfy and so clean. The dogs loved playing in the garden but everything is on your doorstep, beaches, walks, parks, shops, restaurants. It is of no doubt we will return. There isn’t one negative. Just wish the stay had been longer. Our party was 8 from ages 10 yr old to 80 yr old and everyone loved their stay. Thanks so much, Nichola
