Location was good close to places of interest and in a lovely village
Chapel was ideal space for a large party to holiday together .
Comfortable lounge , Large screen Tv
Comfortable beds
Dishwasher was brand new and the previous issue was addressed for our stay.
Good communication from caretaker
Property needed a proper clean. Lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. The kitchen cupboards were dated and needed repairing in some areas
Taps in bedroom were loose and didn’t work at all
These were disappointing issues which can be easily be addressed .

The property was beautiful and different and lots of original features, close to the monsal trail which we walked, pub with great food 6 minutes drive away The miners.. everything you need is supplied in the house, clean and very warm , wouldnt definitely stay again …

The location and the character of the property.
The living room / dining room was smelly.
There was a stench in the room of stale air .
The sofas and the cushions were also smelly.
Everywhere there were cobwebs and spiders.
The dish washer was broken .
The fridge had a strange odour.
The bedlinen was clean and the kitchen ware was clean .
