Zentrale Lage . Etliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und gute öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln!!
Die Dachterrasse hat keine Beschattung und ist im Sommer zu heiß. Zeitweise Lärmbelästigung durch andere Bewohner ( es sind zahlreiche Wohnungen um einen Innenhof gruppiert ) . Für Autotouristen ist die Parksituation im Innenstadtbereich recht kompliziert!
