The apartment was very well located in the city. It was clean, modern, and I liked all the decorations! I'd say the main area in the single suite is quite spacious for just one person. For the price I paid, overall I was very happy for what I got.
The only thing I'd like to mention as a negative is that there was no iron for my clothes sadly, which flying and coming with a backpack/suitcase was important for me. I had to steam all my shirts while showering :(

This is a convenient economy accommodation at very central location at Oktogaon Square, with immediate access to trams, metro etc. There are many restaurants, shops around it. The room was functional, with a comfortable bed, toilet and some kitchen facility. Wifi alright. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money overall.
The dials in the keybox outside were a little hard to see, a phone light is convenient The room only had a window above/through the door. But the courtyard was quiet.
