LIVING SPACE

The open layout provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, complete with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for entertainment—perfect for unwinding with family and friends.
KITCHEN and DINING
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. With ample counter space and full-size appliances, cooking is simple and convenient. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living space, creating an inviting setup for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step out onto your private top-floor balcony and take in sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding with the sound of the waves in the evening, this outdoor space offers the perfect beachfront escape.
Please Note: Elevator access is available to the 4th floor. One flight of stairs is required to reach the penthouse level on the 5th floor.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate either way!
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
Guests will collect a Key Card from the front desk at Check In time around 4pm.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)

Overflow Parking
Each property has a maximum number of vehicles that may be parked on-site. Please review the property's parking information prior to arrival and ensure your group does not exceed the allowed number of vehicles.
If your group requires parking for additional vehicles, overflow parking may be available at our office on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking must be arranged with our office in advance and is subject to availability.
A fee of $25 per vehicle, per night applies to all approved overflow parking. Vehicles parked in our overflow lot without prior authorization may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Please contact us before your arrival if you anticipate needing overflow parking so we can reserve a space for you.

Check in and out way easy. We had some issues with the refrigerator that they fixed in a very timely manner. Condo was comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

I stumbled across this listing last minute and I couldn’t be more pleased!
The location was great. There was a souvenir shop and an ice cream/burger joint that our younger teens could safely walk to, but it wasn’t so overly crowded on the street.
Everything else you would want was just a short drive.
It was super helpful to get the breakfast included because that was one meal we didn’t have to worry about.
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare lunch and dinner.
The bedrooms were a great size, even the smallest had plenty of room. And the living/dining area was nice and open so our group could all hang out together.
The pool areas were nice and the tiki bar onsite was awesome (we had a great bartender all week!).

Property is nice but could use some cosmetic fixes. Needs better curtains, and more of them. Needs signage coming out from sliding patio doors to “watch your step”, as it’s close to a 10 inch drop. Ceilings needs cleaning/painting. It would be nice to have a chair in the larger bedrooms to sit and put/take shoes on/off. A detachable or hand held shower head would be helpful for rinsing. Bedroom space is good.Location to beach/pools is great. Had an issue with a door handle and bed frame, maintenance came within an hour and fixed the problem.Morning breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were polite and friendly.
