About this house rental
A green setting in the heart of an industrial heritage.
Stone house year 1900, F4 (1 to 5 people) in a quiet area freshly renovated and fully furnished, COOL IN SUMMER, composed as follows:
First floor:
- entrance with shoe and coat storage
- fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, utensils, dishcloths)
- living room with sofa and armchairs, TV
- WC with washbasin
- terrace that can be closed if you have small children, garden furniture and barbecue available
Upstairs:
- bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer, drying rack
- Separate toilet with washbasin
- 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds (made on arrival)
- large landing with dressing room and storage iron and ironing board
Lots of built-in storage.
Beds are made on arrival, dish towels and mini guest towels are provided.
Towels NOT PROVIDED
Ideally located for nature or industrial tourism
- In the village: many walks (3 hills trail to discover the fauna and flora of the limestone grasslands, in the forest), children's and teenagers' games, educational garden, greenway for pedestrians and bicycles
- Shops in Fameck (3 km) and Hayange (3 km)
- Municipal swimming pools: Ferralia aquatic centre in Hayange with indoor and outdoor pools, inflatable games, and wellness area, Serémange (3km), Thionville with outdoor pool
- Industrial heritage: Neufchef Iron Mines Museum (3 km), Blast Furnace Park U4 with day or night visit highlighted by C. Lévêque and Jardin Des Traces in Uckange (9 km)

Stayed for one week
Spotlessly clean.
Large rooms.

We (2 adults and 2 kids of 1 and 3) had a great time. The apartment is really big, and by blocking the upper stairs with a big mattress even the one year old could run an play safe. In the lower space, we just kept the doors to the stair closed.
A nice playground is just 5 mins away. And we had kids toys in the accommodation! Definitely recommend, and hope we can come again.
