The property appears to have launched prematurely. While the staff is lovely, the hotel currently lacks the basic infrastructure and operational readiness expected of a functional accommodation. Pros: * Hospitable Staff: The team is remarkably kind, welcoming, and well-intentioned. Cons: * Safety Hazard: The shower water fluctuates unpredictably between extreme cold and scalding hot. This is a severe safety risk, particularly for families with children. * Plumbing Odor: The bathroom faucet emits a strong, unpleasant sewage smell. * Inefficient Service Structure: Room service cannot be contacted directly. Guests must call reception to route orders to the restaurant. However, the reception desk was left entirely unattended when we attempted to order. * Limited Dining Options: The breakfast is mistaken for an open buffet but is actually a fixed, portion-controlled meal prepared solely on a per-guest basis.

Great place with very friendly staff, good location when driving into Turkey from Bulgaria. The breakfast was very good. The only negative was that there is no WiFi in the rooms, so you had to go to the restaurant to get a connection.
