hotel have some cleaning issue, they not have ramada standards

Over all it was accepptible and the breakfast was good. But they needs improvement in cleanliess and communication with the guests. They need to clean and service the room everyday as advertized online. website.

Stayed one night *** no hot water,ceiling in my room was falling down, debris from ceiling all over the floor the next morning see pics. Breakfast usual continental buffet. Approached the manager about no hot water & ceiling problem he wasn't interested at all just shrugged his shoulders raised his arms said sorry 😐 having paid *** for one night I doubt i will ever use the Ramada brand again this experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth, with zero interested from the management about the issues raised & no offer of financial recon pence to compensate for my very unsatisfactory stay.
