Lounge (with views down the village green) walk through Lounge to 'Snug' and Conservatory for adults or children to 'chill', colour TV with Sky package (note: the TV is an alternative SKY viewing platform NOT and independent viewing facility) - Access to rear shared lawned area via back door (note: the lawned area is very small in size and shared with 3 other properties - The Village Green offers better outdoor recreation facilities) - Lounge to stairway to first floor accommodation
