The free shuttle service was great and quick response time. Used the shuttle and Gondola to get everywhere. Never rented a car. House was well equipped for our stay and the grill was in great shape.
The kitchen desperately needs updating. Most of the appliances are very dated and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. Same with the bathrooms; most of them need updating.
We never got the satellite TV to work properly with the remote even after new batteries and the maintenance man coming out.
With some modest updates, this could be a 5 Star property!

The home is beautiful and location is fantastic. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Very spacious and we had plenty of room for two families. We loved the ski room that was available to put all of our ski's, snowboards, and boots after skiing.
The front door was an issue. The handle and lock do not work well and tend to get stuck, therefore making it challenging to open and lock the door. The fireplace downstairs would not turn on after numerous attempts.
