About this house rental
Your vacation begins the moment you walk inside 2 Elkstone Place. Surrounded by luxury and beautiful views, immediately you will feel relaxed. This three level townhome feels like your own private home with everything you could think of. As you enter the large entry foyer, there is a lovely powder room and stairs to the upper and lower levels. The entry (main) level consists of a large living area, gourmet kitchen and elegant dining room which seats 10 people. Off of the great room there is a spacious deck with fabulous mountain views.
Upstairs there are two master suites, each with luxurious baths, walk-in closets and king beds. The lower level features an additional den/game room and a bunk area with a double sized bunk bed. One guest room has a queen bed which shares a double bath with the bunk room. The second guest room has 2 double beds and a private bath. Just outside of the lower den there is a private patio with a hot tub. The oversized laundry room is also on this level.
Once you arrive, you won't need a car as the location is very convenient. The Mountain Market grocery and the gondola station are directly across the street, providing easy access to the Mt Village core and the town of Telluride. There is ski in/ski out access at the end of the driveway on the Double Cabins run (100 step walk from the front door). In the summertime, the deck is fully furnished and has a grill. This property is perfect for 1 or 2 families, or several couples... your ideal on-mountain Telluride vacation rental.

This is an amazing home in a prime location. The house is in great condition and the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Elkstone to attend a family wedding. We are a family of four, plus a boyfriend, sister and niece. The room configuration was perfect. We took full advantage of this fantastic property. We used the hot tub and the gas fire pit. We had a bbq one night so took advantage of the grill and the Thermidore oven. The main living room was a perfect hangout. We loved the location across the street from the grocery store. We went back and forth on the gondola a lot to visit family staying at the Madeline and everything else. Several members of my party thought the downstairs lighting could be brighter, but no other complaints. I would highly recommend this property and hope we have the opportunity to come back!

Beautiful mountain home. We loved the access to the gondola that would take us to Mountain Village and the historic town of Telluride. Loved the Bear Creek Falls trail and the fact that you could walk there from the base of the gondola in town! Check in was easy and property manager was always available to answer any questions.
