He was nice clean for the most part spacious excellent price. Location was nice.
The hallway bathroom does not smelled like pea but it was clean other than the oder.

Es ist in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, die Lage ist in der Nähe des Strandes Bibijagua, der um 19 Uhr schließt. Die Zimmer haben Klima und Ventilatoren, es gibt Trinkwasser. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und wir durften sogar gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis abends auschecken.
In der Näher ist sonst nichts, leider keine Supermarkt oder Cafés. Es gibt kein Besteck.

La cocina está bien.
Te dejan agua para beber: hay varios bidones y una bomba.
Está limpio, sobre todo en comparación con otros pisos en Punta Cana.
Tiene un salón con tele y un ventilador que marca la diferencia.
En las habitaciones también hay ventiladores.
La wifi funciona bien.
La casa está bastante bien, pero tiene algunos problemas que no dependen de los propietarios, aunque conviene saberlo.
Está en la planta baja y, no sé por qué, por la noche viene gente y aparca delante de la ventana con el motor encendido.
Las puertas de los balcones no se abren, hay que salir al patio.
El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funciona bien y llena la habitación de agua.

The location of the beach was good. The pool was clean and the other residents and guest were very nice
Roosters 4:oo am every morning, the furniture was uncomfortable, and the cable TV service wasn't great. My brother and I are in our 70's we left after a week and had booked for two weeks, we paid cash and didn't ask for a refund. We were on the third floor and my brother had a problem with the stairs. Not the host's fault, but we were unaware we were on the third floor. Great place for a young couple or family, not good for old guys like us.
