Seven beaches Palmeral

La señora de recepción siempre fue muy amable y atenta. El lugar siempre estaba muy limpio. Si regreso a punta cana definitivamente me alojaría allí de nuevo.

Las chicas de limpieza no daban información correcta. Si preguntas algo parece que no entienden, dan una respuesta sin sentido o simplemente dicen algo salir del paso pero al preguntar en recepción es todo lo contrario. Hay que tener cuidado con eso.

The space itself is very generous for a family. The rooms are large, with 2 bathrooms, and ac units on each room side. Full size refrigerator with provided water was also nice.

I wouldn’t know where to begin. Upon arrival, we arrived later approximately 9 PM. The driver had no idea where drop off would be. There was a man standing at the entrance gate of the hotel, which only spoke Creole. He kept shaking his head and pointing around the corner. I had to call the property through Google maps to which they said the reception area is closed and we have to go back to that same gate to which we then found another gentleman holding room key cards. He was dressed in a regular plain clothing, and if it weren’t for the key card already having my name on it, the whole situation would’ve been very sketch. Afterward, he walked us to our room to which I then noticed the power is activated with your key card, so every time you leave the room, all the power goes out, including AC. The Wi-Fi was not working at all and the hot water was in and out. Bed linen had multiple stains so I wasn’t sure whether they were not changed, or permanent stains, after washing. The value for the stay wasn’t bad if you could manage. Thankfully, we only stayed a night, but anything more would be an absolute no go.
