Location is perfect.
House size is great.
The veranda is divine
Give upstairs shower a good scrub.
Fix the upstairs door handle.
Wipe down kitchen surface on day of arrival.

Great location, a short drive to the beach, quiet and peaceful (except at night when a peacock roosted on the roof!)
The fire-pit was full of water and the pool was unfit for use when we arrived. This was put right after we complained. Some of the kitchen ware and the fridge was dirty. The furniture was very tired.

Fantastic location with wide stoep areas, spacious rooms, gorgeous views and easy access to the lagoon and Hermanus
It could be such a lovely stay, but the place is rundown and dirty. Many facilities stated only worked partially - ie, the fridge freezes over and leaks water, lights & doors needed repair during our stay, kitchen utensils are meagre and over-used, one fan, very limited dstv, etc.
Towels & blankets vary is sizes, furniture and mattresses are worn out. For the price, the place needs to be upgraded and properly cleaned.
