A tranquil and relaxing stay, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with friends.

The house exceeded expectations - even more beautiful than the pictures. It is spacious, spotless and offers stunning ocean views. The wall heaters in the rooms were a great touch for the chilly nights. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The only aspect that could use improvement is the upstairs bathroom tap, as it was a bit difficult to open. Additionally, just as a general note, the wind in Hermanus can be quite strong, and the house tends to make some noise when it’s windy.

Nice house for a family weekend

Nice view and good location.

Some of the amenties were in poor condition. Upstairs Shower didn’t work properly. Hot water wasn’t hot enough.

Adequate accommodation

Communication via Air Host Agents were excellent! Sea facing and mountain view glimpses stunning, especially the sunsets! Situated in a quiet neighbourhood , just a few minutes drive from the beach and town. Hiking trails were amazing! The open living space and indoor braai allows everyone to comfortably lounge and socialise. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and more than sufficient silver and china available. Dishwasher and Washing machine was also a great addition.

Upon arrival we had to wait a long time for our host to arrive, despite continuously communicating our arrival time with her enroute. She had a very bad attitude and condescending way of referring to me as "dametjie". There was no secure parking for our vehicles and did not feel comfortable leaving them in the street at night. Paint tins, ladder and tools carelessly left in outside area , we requested for them to be moved. Canvas chairs in tatters; couches stained and in dire need of cleaning and new upholstery. Dust and dead cockroaches found in pans that haven't been cleaned in a while. While exorbitantly being charged a cleaning fee of R950 prior to our stay, we expected to find our accommodation spotless. Our expectations were not met.

Garden was not safe for kids, microwave was dirty, fire place didn’t work properly.

Exceptional

The home was kitted with things for entertainment like table tennis, cricket etc. There was ample space to sit comfortably The fire place is a bonus for winter. The kitchen is fully equipped Overall it is a beautiful home for a great getaway!

The only thing to not like is the house next door that blocks the stunning view of the ocean. (p.s. Not a dislike but just a side note: one of the photos was a little deceiving. It seemed as though there would be a balcony but it's just the lighting in the picture)

What can I say first the hostess Dalien she is a darling very kind and sweet, everything that was advertised we got it, we enjoyed the fireplace it kept us warm and the entertainment area is huge and the view is spectacular we had a Seaview and mountain view which we enjoyed, overall the establishment was top notch I will give it 10/10
