Good location, new and modern furniture, close markets restaurants and public transport. Good free Wi-Fi and parking on the location. Utility’s are working properly and the host is great.

The only small inconvenience the garden is not fully finish but understandable as it is just freshly open for business.

Helpful cleaning lady! She informed me about good cycling roads in the area. Good train connection to the center of Berlin. Free parking on the premises. Easy access to the key. Netflix tv :)

Quite noisy from the trains and especially from the road in front of the house. Bed: The bed is only 25cm high which makes getting in and out very annoying. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Also no couch so you can only sit on the bed to watch tv. Cooking: an extremely small pan (must be a kids toy or so) and one pot. Had to buy a normal sized pan for my stay. Shower: curtains hang approx 40 cm above the floor making the whole bathroom floor wet. Cleanliness: upon arrival many flies in the apartment. On the neighbours balcony was a full garbage bag and dirty cups outside. Luckily they moved out soon but flies kept coming in through when I had a window open during the whole stay. The mattress and pillow smell like smoke.
