The Hermannplatz subway station is about 250 meters away and offers quick access to downtown and BER Airport via the U7 and U8 lines.

Summary of House Rules:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Check-in before 3:00 PM, check-out after 10:00 AM, and luggage storage are not permitted. You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Animals of any kind are NOT permitted
- Children under 12 years of age cannot be accommodated
- Bed linens and towels (2 per person) are included
- Smoking is not permitted in the building (apartment, by the windows, in the stairwell, on balconies and terraces, etc.). If you smoke, you will be charged at least €200 and the reservation will be canceled immediately.
- Parties are not permitted in the apartment and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- The apartment may only be used by the guests/persons listed on the registration certificate. Use by third parties or additional occupants is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
- A fee of €50 (for the locking system) will be charged for each lost key, which must be paid in cash on site upon loss.
