Large room that was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of Norcia. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Esperienza davvero eccellente. La camera era molto confortevole e, soprattutto, impeccabilmente pulita. Il servizio di pulizia e il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani sono un'attenzione ormai rara, che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La posizione è ottima: a due passi dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile senza problemi di accessibilità o di parcheggio. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una struttura curata, comoda e accogliente.

Excellent accommodation in Norcia. It's located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the city center. Communication with the host was excellent, and we received a perfect recommendation for a small local restaurant for dinner. I won't reveal which one—it deserves to stay a hidden gem rather than become a tourist hotspot. :)
The room, bathroom, and terrace were all spotless and exactly as expected. As a nice extra, we were even allowed to park our motorcycle inside the property, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.
