The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. As we were traveling with our dog, she thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room without us having requested it, which was a very appreciated gesture. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the location was excellent, less than a five-minute walk from the city center.
The breakfast was good and the quality of the products was very high. The café where it was served was also lovely, with friendly and attentive staff. However, the selection was somewhat limited and there were no savory options available.

Avevo prenotato per un viaggio in famiglia, ma nella prenotazione avevo dimenticato di aggiungere la presenza dei miei due figli. Quando ho fatto presente il mio errore la struttura si è resa ben disponibile ad aggiungere i due posti per un bimbo di 4 mesi e uno di 2 anni e mezzo.
La stanza era piccola per 2 adulti e 1 bambino di 2 anni. Al bagno mancava un porta sapone o anche solo un mobile per appoggiare oggetti come spazzolino. Per il soggiorno abbiamo pagato (giustamente) un sovrapprezzo, ma al momento in cui ci è stato consegnato il ticket per fare colazione con un bar convezionato abbiamo fatto notare che era solo per 2 persone. Ci è stato risposto che era giusto così. Non ho trovato personalmente questa esperienza soddisfacente, avendo pagato per 2 notti €270 + €8 (tassa di soggiorno). Un vero peccato
