A wonderful hotel in an old manor(?), beautifully renovated. The room was very large, with a great view over the valley below. The personell was very friendly and helpful. Ordinary breakfast, but very good coffee. No restaurant, but this was not a problem, since there are plenty of good Italian restaurants in Trevi.

Lots of character (make sure you look around and find the optical illusion space!) We had the distinctive spacious room with a kind of “cave”. The property has had lots of investment and is very well furnished.
A bit of a walk into the centre.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great owner, perfect location, nice terrace view.
Rooms are dark and beds are uncomfortable. Hotel is rundown and gets noisy at night. It's a decent value in a town with few options, but the beds and rooms need an upgrade.

Small hotel at the entrance to the historic city. Simple breakfast included.
No window in our room. Not a big deal since we were there for only 1 night. A few steps to get to our room. Not as convenient as other accommodations along the square but less than a 10 minute walk so still convenient.

Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Trevi, spacious patio, kind staff. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our arrival and departure to make our train. Lots of care and attention to the guests experience - thank you!

The rooms are tired, but comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The patio was awesome. What makes this a ten is the staff - a husband and wife team. The wife served us drinks on the patio. The husband offered a ride to the train station. They were so friendly.

Mr. Mosera,
First...the young lady that checked us in the afternoon of the 7th was wonderful & went beyond. You are fortunate to have her.
We made reservations in July for nights of October 7th & 8th. They were made based on the website pictures & description. Unfortunately, the hotel is not as depicted in the pictures & description. This is quite disconcerting & could be construed as false advertising. Seeing the inaccuracies of the presentation, we stayed only 1 night of our 2-nights & left very unsatisfied. Room was unaccommodating, did not resemble any of the website pictures nor was it anywhere close to wheelchair accessible given access width & in-room stairs. While not disabled ease of access is how we determine accommodations & is based on description/photos provided. Had there been a photo depicting the true representation of the room/facility, we would not have booked. Access corridor lighting shut off before corridor could be traversed. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs telegraphing through the surface padding & should be replaced. In desperation late that evening I found a comforter which I folded several times & placed on my wife's side of the bed attempting to alleviate her discomfort. Cold water didn't work in our bathroom sink. When ask about the room safety deposit box we were informed that the key was lost. We inquired about the general hotel box. You told us that a picture of our money & belongings would be taken but, access would be limited to times when owner would be available not, when needed by us! Pictures...access...Very unusual! Access to upper floors was through a lift that left a lot to be desired for not only operation but also a real safety concern. We limited our room access via the steep stairs.

Beautiful views from some parts of the hotel.
So poor! Facilities were awful. No air con, only one socket in the rooms which the tv was plugged in to, hairdryer was less effective than just standing outside, no kettle or iron in the rooms, bed was hard, and breakfast was very halfhearted.
Most of the hotel was taken up by people attending the same wedding that we were, and with most people needing an iron for suits or shirts, it was inconvenient that there wasn’t anything available. The proprietor lent our group an iron and board which he set up in the corridor area upstairs. Twice when my husband was ironing a shirt the iron spat brown gunk out and actually ruined one white shirt that had to be thrown away. My husband went to the proprietor and specifically told him we didn’t want payment for the shirt but he needed a new iron for future guests. With literally no provocation the proprietor went ballistic. He aggressively shouted at my husband and told him it was our fault, and he had no idea the iron was broken. My husband left the situation and tried to iron another shirt as the wedding was only an hour off and we needed to go. He actually followed my husband, berated him for complaining and literally unplugged the iron as my husband was using it, snatched it out of his hand, collapsed the board and stormed off down the corridor shouting back at us. It was unreal. We were the ones who had the right to be annoyed, weren’t, and he flew off the handle and was so aggressive. Would definitely never recommend.
He also had a dog that was always wandering around off the lead and barked quite a lot at anyone entering at certain times. He also kept a dog cage at reception desk, which just felt really odd.
Rubbish and glasses were left out on the terrace for days. Just all felt a bit dirty.

This is an historic hotel that gives one the feeling of being transported back in time. I have stayed here before when visiting friends in the beautiful little medieval town of Trevi. I love the atmosphere of Palazzo Natalini and enjoy relaxing on the beautiful terrace with the bucolic view of hills and olive groves.
My bed was quite comfortable and I appreciated the ample shower because I am tall. The thick stone walls and arched brick ceiling kept the room cool even in the heatwave that happened during my three day stay.
The couple that hosts, Massimiliano and Ilenia, are absolutely the nicest hosts I have ever had! They are incredibly attentive and friendly and I would love to spend more time with them. Breakfast in the dining room was delightful!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. I will remark, though, that for visitors to Trevi who arrive by train it is not easy to reach the historic center. I have a friend who comes to give me a lift. Otherwise the trek uphill of a good distance would be a problem. There are no taxis. Perhaps this is a good thing because it keeps Trevi off the beaten path and tranquil, just the way a person like me prefers it. But if I were a hotelier in this town, I would offer transport to and from my hotel, perhaps for an additional fee. I think a lot of prospective visitors would find this attractive.

Beautiful location with views of the valley from the hotel terrace, exactly like the images online. Max is a great host and will look after your needs and help arrange restaurant reservations, or rent bicycles. Pick up from the station is a bit pricey but easily arranged and necessary! Spacious and comfortable rooms. Simple but nice breakfast, great coffee.
Nothing really...

The location of the hotel is from a fairytale, it overlooks an ancient arch that leads into the mystic town of Trevi, and overlooks the vast valley down below. Traveling in the month of January, the mountains are capped with snow. Hotel Trevi Palazzo Natalini is the perfect place to go, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is something you do not want to miss, it's absolutely superb and delicious! We missed it once because we woke up past 11am, due to the time difference from my job. But, we definitely made an effort every morning to eat at Palazzo Natalini going forward. The host Maximiliano, his wife, and their son are the most kindest, helpful, and beautiful family I've ever seen. The stay at this hotel was so cozy, and the best thing I could ever ask for. It's your home away from home. I look forward to coming back again. I will leave this place with so much gratitude and the sweetest memories. Thank you, Hotel Trevi Palazzo Natalini! See you again soon!

What a wonderful experience. The lovely room, perfect location, view and people, not to mention their sweet dog Bruto was one of the highlights of my trip. As Massimiliano said, my home is your home" and it was genuine.

Wonderful old building (palazzo) attractively renovated and beautifully furnished.
Very warm and kind host/owner Massimiliano.
He upgraded our room on his own initiative to one with lovely view of the surroundings.

Our room was clean and the bathroom was recently renovated. Our room had a door onto a lovely shared outdoor patio and we had a table and chairs immediately outside our room. The breakfast was simple but tasty (rusks with butter and jam, warm croissants and yogurt and granola). However, we asked for a second bowl of yogurt and a second cappuccino - when it was served to us, the owner made it quite clear that she was not pleased with us ordering extra...as she served the cappuccino, she said "cappuccino number 2". This breakfast experience left us feeling uncomfortable.

Ancient building in the old town furnished with beautiful, tasteful antiques. Shady, lovely terrace with views across the valley right outside our room. Cavernous room -- satisfyingly spooky, and meticulously clean. No AC but we were cool behind those 3-foot-thick walls. Fresh fruit in the lobby/dining area at all times. Very nice light breakfast of coffee, croissant, yogurt and toast. Warm, gracious hosts -- such nice people. Really wonderful hotel.
If you're coming by train, make sure you arrange for a taxi/transfer to the hotel beforehand. There were no taxis when we got there, no internet to figure out how to call one, and the bus was a long wait. How bad could 1.8 kms be, we said. It was brutal, and we're reasonably fit hikers.
