Lovely room simple but stylish with quality interior, big bed and great bathroom. Great location and excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff and high standard of cleanliness . A great stay. Very happy with access for visitors with restricted mobility.

The WiFi was not covering the rooms

The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel was perfect. Very clean and quiet and the rooms were beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location in Trevi and the views

The decorative state of the room was scruffy and had obviously seen better days. We were travelling with our miniature schnauzer dog so we are somewhat used to being allocated the ‘Dog Friendly Room’, but our room was shabby and had obviously been in service for some time since its last renovation. All the the facilities are there but they are in a tired shabby condition. The cramped bathroom facilities were poor and whoever had specified the layout had never actually used the unit especially the bidet. The shower was large and provided lots of hot water unlike the bathroom sink and bidet which provided almost no hot water at all just a tepid stream. The restaurant is expensive and in a similar fashion to our room the tired decor would benefit from a spruce up especially considering the prices charged. We found many more places to eat well in the town just 150m away offering much better value for money, sans truffles of course. The breakfast offered, like our room, was uninspiring. The staff were attentive though and our coffee made in the English way was perfectly excellent. WARNING PLEASE BE ADVISED! The car park allocated and adjacent to the B&B units is NOT SAFE, pedestrian users should tread carefully. The car park is constructed on a relatively steep slope consisting of loose gravel edged up to a concrete exit ramp. The concrete ramp is very poorly finished at the point where it meets the gravel with the result that there are lumps of concrete protruding prominently above the surface. THIS PRESENTS A SERIOUS TRIPPING HAZARD. My wife tripped and fell badly in the carpark severely grazing her knees and sustaining a serious fall injury to her hand that now requires reconstructive surgery. At the time of the incident ca 14.30 there were no staff on site to assist us and we were left to ourselves to deal with the trauma. We would not recommend this venue.

Wonderful place in Trevi, go there, tast the food speciality and just …- RELAX !!!

This place was so nice, the staff were great. Breakfast was delicious, nice clean pool and amazing views. The town is great, it really feels nice to be removed from everything in this peaceful charming little town. The value is incredible. We travelled from California for a getaway Wedding and are so happy we found this charming location nearby.

I just wish we could have stayed longer, this place is great!

The place does not have the luxury we expected based on the pics, but the staff, restaurant (including sunset view), vicinity of medieval Trevi compensates a lot.
