El Zócalo Hotel Boutique

Alojamiento céntrico con buena limpieza. Echamos en falta alguna botella de agua de cortesía y una mayor variedad de amenities en el baño. Para un establecimiento boutique lo suyo sería una misma gama de champú, gel, jabón de manos y crema corporal. No tenían crema corporal y cada bote era distinto, una fragancia, una marca. Detalles que marcan un establecimiento boutique.

Nos alojamos en una Suite y teniendo sauna/jacuzzi el alojamiento no pudimos usarlo. Ya que nos dijeron que estaba en revisión. Pero nos tocó preguntar por ello, no nos dijeron nada al hacer el check in. Desayuno un poco escaso, nos faltó algo de dulce para acompañar. No repetiría habiendo otras opciones mejores en Filandia.

La habitación suite súper recomendada , La cama es espectacular , muy cerca del parque principal muy cordiales . Volveré 👏🏻❤️

La cama muy confortable; el desayuno muy completo; el personal muy amable. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación que daba a la calle, pero nunca sentimos ruido. El servicio de parqueadero, así fuera a unas cuadras del hotel, perfecto. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Good location and friendly staff, that’s about all it has going for it.

Very bad value for your money as this was one of the most expensive hotels in town. Very small rooms with only one nightstand and no real place to open a suitcase since the tiny room had no luggage rack (nor any room for one) The room’s door handle/lock was loose and we needed to repair it ourselves since the young man at the front desk didn’t seem to understand it was a security concern. The property seems newly remodeled but it’s already in need of upkeep; the toilet paper holder and faucet where both very loose. We were hoping the breakfast would outshine the negative aspects of our stay, but it turned out to be underwhelming as it offered limited and austere options in an undesirable pseudo self-serve fashion. Overall the experience at Zocalo was mediocre and wish they tried harder and offered a better stay considering how much they charge.
