Bidea Backpackers Hostel

Tiene muchos espacios comunes, salas de estar, 2 cocinas! Las camas perfectamente limpias! Un desayuno de cortesía simple pero perfecto, el personal al súper amable! La zona a 2 cuadras del parque muy tranquila! Fui sola y Por el precio que pagué estaba excelente!

Too few places with outlets to charge devices.

Hospitality was lovely, staff are friendly and accomodating. The view from the windows on the top floor is really nice - able to see the cloud forest surrounds.

The hostel facilities are really dated. The communal kitchen is not good - with really bad quality, broken pots to use. It's not good to be cooking with such poor quality items. You need to bring everything to cook, as there is not even salt and pepper. The bunk beds are so old and creaky with there not being any lamps or power points for most bunks. Water is turned off at the evening so can't even wash your hands or brush your teeth and then otherwise, it's cold showers. Also lots of room for improvement with the breakfast. It's all really basic and I don't feel this hostel is good value for money considering the facilities.
