If you like MUJI, then this hotel is for you. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious in Japanese standard. The layout is nice and calm. The only thing is the view. My room (double room) has a window that is facing a building. In Ginza, there is not much of a view too. The hotel also feels a bit dated. My wardrobe light cannot turn off and it disturbed my sleep as my bed is facing it. The staff came to fix it efficiently but I think the hotel needs a routine maintenance check for these things. The wooden panels next to my bed on the two side almost fell off when I tried to unplug my cables.
The hotel is in a good location close to Ginza line of the metro train. There are some great restaurants nearby and I had a sushi lunch just searching online.
The store is downstairs so you save time in shopping in MUJI.

Whilst the room is tight which is normal for Japan standards, the cleanliness, simple aesthetic and complimentary lounge for afternoon snacks is incredible. Super convenient location especially if catching the Narita Airport bus.
