Room - Air-condition temperature show % instead of degree celcius. The room is too cold to sleep even we adjusted to the highest %. Pillows are way too soft to support our head.
Since we were provided essential oils during checked-in, I was excited to diffuse the scent upon entering the room. However, after several tries the diffuser is not working. Lounge (4pm to 9pm) - selection of alcohol is good but snacks can be better. Service was not attentive.
Breakfast - Selection was not great and service was poor. Items run out but only wait till customer ask for it then it got replenished. Such as eggs, berries for yoghurt etc. creating a line in the small space.
Weather was not hot/ sunny in the morning, but blinds were drawn which we are not able to see the scenery outside which is sad. It also feels more cramp with blinds drawn too.

Compact, minimalist rooms with Muji’s signature calm design. Excellent location in Ginza, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere—perfect for travelers who value simplicity and convenience.

Was very excited about staying at the Muji, unfortunately the hotel was lacking. The rooms are not very functional, bathroom smelled of mildew, hotel has no amenities apart from those offered within the store. I wouldn’t recommend it and think better value exists elsewhere. I expected more thoughtfulness from the muji brand.
