Eventi Club by cité des sports adarissa

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Fez. The place is very large and offers everything you might need — great sports facilities, a restaurant, and both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Everything was well organized and comfortable. I would especially like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome and professionalism. A special thanks to Safa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Alhumdolillah, our stay at Eventi Club by cité des Sports Adarissa was an unforgettable sporting experience! The reception, hospitality, and the delightful manager, Idrees, were phenomenal. We were blessed by the kindness, care and thoughtfulness of Nouhaala, Salma and Hajar throughout our stay, Mash'Allah. May Allah Bless them and keep them happy forever, Ameen. The rooms were splendid, with amazing beds that ensured we slept well with a gorgeous view of the outdoor pool, Mash'Allah. The Azaan 20 minutes before Fajr was a blessing, Subhan'Allah, and the AC in the room was just perfect. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of tasty, healthy, and delicious options, Mash'Allah, thank you for Sister Monia's efforts. The hotel's proximity to the Grand Masjid was a dream come true, allowing us to pray every Salah in the Masjid, Alhumdolillah. Thank you to Mohammad and Omar for hosting an incredible gym experience. Meeting fellow athletes and working out together was a bonus, Alhumdolillah. A special mention for Jowaid, Yusuf and Hisham our Security Team, thank you for your politeness. We loved the Swimming, Sauna, and Hamaam experience. We also had a chance to play indoor 5-aside football, Alhumdolillah. Our favourite part was definately the chance to practice and play with amazing basketballers' - the standard of play was exceptional, Mash'Allah. We made so many new friends, Alhumdolillah. We whole-heartedly recommend ,Eventi Club by cité des sports Adarissa to everyone. It was simply a terrific experience, and we're grateful to the entire team for helping make our journey so special. I wish I could stay longer. It was a lovely experience, Mash'Allah!

Reception staff were helpful and motorcycle parking was good

Given a room that was not cleaned, restaurant closed first night, second night told eat anytime but refused service by staff. Breakfast both days disaster, staff not interested in us but team of football children were catered for, we were asked to vacate table to make room for them and other guests had to make do with remnants of footballers breakfast. Worst experience in 20 years of touring.
