Maria's House

Very quiet area on edge of town ,20 minute walk

No problems

Great stay at Maria's House. Olga, the host, was very friendly and met us with the keys to welcome us to the house. Two good sized bedrooms, off-road parking and only a fairly short walk into the centre of Preveza. Worked perfectly and would happily stay again :-)

Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα ήταν δυσάρεστη. Πριν την κράτηση του δωματίου, υπήρξε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία κατά την οποία η οικοδέσποινα, μόλις άκουσε ότι πρόκειται για μια κράτηση δυο ατόμων για ένα βράδυ, δήλωσε ότι δεν την συμφέρει μόνο για ένα βράδυ και ότι το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο για δυο άτομα. Επιπλέον, αιτήθηκε για πληρωμή-μαύρα (ίδια με αυτή που είναι αναρτημένη στην πλατφόρμα του booking) λες και μας έκανε χάρη. Μάλιστα, όταν της έδειξα την κράτηση μέσω booking που είχα ήδη κάνει, ζήτησε να την ακυρώσω για να μην φορολογηθεί. Αίσχος!

The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are comfortable. The city beach is 1.5 km away and it's perfectly fine if you don't want to go further from the city. There are countless beautiful and long beaches and places to visit in the area of ​​about 60 km.

The air humidity is high in the evening and overnight, so if it bothers someone, then this is not the place for them.
