A host sent very detailed instructions/rules about the flat, which was very helpful. The flat was clean, and the kitchen appliances were all good brands. Location is fine: next to the park, museums, 15-20 mins to the station, and 20-25 to the city center on foot. A small garden in the building.
Sound isolation isn't really good - you can hear every time someone enters the building and neighbors walking/talking above you.
The bathroom(shower/toilet) is actually a "room" in between the bedroom and kitchen.
The cleaning fee is almost the price of one night's stay.

Duidelijke incheck instructie, keurige studio op loopafstand van 't Kuipke en diverse leuke cafés.
Woonkeuken niet heel groot, maar goed uitgerust, incl. oven en afwasmachine. Ruime badkamer en prima slaapkamer
De studio bevind zich in een gehorig pand. We konden letterlijk de ruzie van de bovenburen horen.

The apartment is quite small, but offers everything you need. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. It's not too far from the train station, so perfect for day trips. I had a nice time here, thank you!
