Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Well-equipped home in a quiet location, perfect for those who want to be able to walk to the beach. Only concern is the mattress in the main bedroom which is against the wall and hard to navigate. Owners are responsive and the rest of the house is very comfortable.

This was a good location with easy access to the beach, short walk to Jenkinson's and a few restaurants, etc. The pictures make it seem as though this house is situated on the beach, but it's closer to the road and you need to walk past the owners house to get to the beach (still not public, but shared by owner, along with any other guests of theirs).

The cottage is very cute and cozy. Loved having access to private beach. It was very quiet and relaxing.
