The house has many modern amenities, including
central AC, WiFi, and washer/dryer.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has every convenience.
The 2 bedrooms have a queen bed in one bedroom and one full (double) and one twin bunk beds in the other bedroom.

RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND TOWELS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OWNER FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO RENT THEM, IF SO DESIRED.
The house is maintained to a very clean and healthy standard.
The outside deck for enjoyable summer evenings has a table, chairs, and a Weber BBQ.
Excellent 2-car reserved parking right next to the house, 4 beach badges, and an outdoor enclosed shower are also included.
Located halfway between Jenkinsons and the Inlet. A 5 minute walk to the rides, arcade and aquarium.
Fishing boats are within walking distance.

Wonderful updated beach house, and very close to the large, beautiful Pt Pleasant beach. Although we only needed one parking spot, the property has 2 convenient parking spaces. Walking the boardwalk, and enjoying the beach were our main focus and this property is ideal for both.

This is a lovely home. The location is ideal and it was clean and fresh. How nice to have parking for two vehicles in a town where parking is at a premium. Working with the owner was pleasant and effortless. We will return!
