Location was great for accessing tourist destinations in Cornwall. The villa was clean and in good order and served our purposes well. Good instructions on how to arrive at villa.
Kitchen facilities were very limited, not much in the way of kitchen cutlery and a colander. Just needs a few more utensils.

Very Clean and spacious and had lots of lovely extras inside to keep the kids busy, games and tennis equipment had Netflix and Disney + ect
Clean bedding and towels!
Nice grounds and park on site and we ate at the restaurant and all really enjoyed it! :)
Nice size meals and the swimming pool was fab!
We also used the tennis courts lots!

Clean and tidy inside.
The entrance was muddied utter with leaves and dirt. No over head shower in bath tub. No mixer tabs in bath tub or the adjacent sink.
