The pod was absolutely lovely and equipped with everything we needed.
Great location and views are breathtaking.
Check in is at 4 but we were messaged at 12:30 to let us know pod was ready.
We did not feel welcome - more like an inconvenience than guests.
Prior to arrival we were sent lots of information including a list of ‘rules’ - this included stripping beds, taking out rubbish and washing and putting away dishes.
Check out is 9am but I arranged a 10:30 check out in advance (free of charge) only to have the cleaner knock the pod and tell us “check out is 9”. When we explained she walked off saying “I’m just the cleaner”.
As my husband was putting rubbish in bin he said “good morning” to a member of staff only to be totally ignored.
These things made us feel very unwelcome which is such a shame.

Lovely location within walking distance to Port Gaverne and Port Isaac ... Pod was very clean and well equipped with gorgeous countryside and sea views, had very enjoyable stay, just not long enough!

Generally very clean and great location though the bedding for the sofa bed was stained. Good shower and nice views of the sea.
Nightmare to find in the dark as no lighting on the sign on the road.
The sofa bed was awful! We actually looked to find alternative accommodation after the first night. Def not fit for purpose. If you don’t need to use the sofa bed you’re ok but if you do you’re going to be in a world of pain.
No wine glasses. Odd half pint glasses that were not clean. Mismatch of cutlery. No colander or cheese grater. Very under fitted out. Fine if you’re eating out every meal but otherwise you’ll struggle.
