INTERIOR
Beautiful living/dining room tastefully decorated, combining noble and authentic materials such as chestnut and travertine with natural colors, giving a truly cozy and chic effect to the farmhouse.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, ice maker, blender, SodaStream, and kettle.
A laundry room also provides a washing machine and a dryer.
In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate two children - 160*200)
The sheepfold has two rooms:
- A first room with a double bed 140*200, shower room, walk-in closet, and toilet
- A second bedroom with two 90*200 beds (possibility of pushing them together to form a 180*200), shower room, dressing room, and toilet.
Both rooms are equipped with television. Only usable via apps with your own login credentials (Rakuten, Netflix, Canal+, etc...)
The sheepfold is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI.

Beautiful outdoor area of 1680m2 fully developed with shaded kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop (the cooktop will not be usable before Sept 2022) and plancha grill.

Beautiful wooden terrace fitted out with parasols, sun loungers, and high table in bar style for aperitif.
The garden is fully enclosed and secured with a gate.

Tourist tax: the maximum amount of the tourist tax is 3.30 € per person per day. This amount will be readjusted according to the number of people confirmed staying in the accommodation in accordance with the current rules.
A deposit of 3500 € will be requested.
Location of two bicycles - 70 euros per week per bicycle
