Located on the route de la testa de Pinarello, this pretty and spacious villa of 140 m2 on the ground floor is located on a pleasant flowered plot of 1200 m2 fully fenced and lit at night.
The large terrace and the pool house are an invitation to idleness and conviviality, barbecue and plancha available. You can enjoy a 10x4m pool, 1.50m deep over its entire length, secured with its electric roller shutter, salt treatment for more comfort.
You will have 4 large bedrooms including a suite with private bathroom. The villa has 10 beds in total with a 2nd large bathroom with bath, shower and wc.

Très belle villa qui correspond totalement à la description et où rien ne manque. Serieux et disponibilité du propriétaire avec qui tout se déroule pour le mieux ainsi que du très bon accueil du responsable conciergerie.

Belle villa confortable, très bien conçue et aménagée. Convient parfaitement pour deux familles ou, comme c'était le cas pour nous, une famille multi-générationnelle (grands-parents, parents et enfants plus un jeune couple). La chambre des enfants et ses deux lits superposés ont beaucoup plu.
Les extérieurs, avec la terrasse, la cuisine d'été, le jardin joliment arboré et la piscine chauffée, sont vraiment très agréables. Malgré la saison tardive - octobre - nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours.
Tant le propriétaire que le gérant sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Lors d'une panne du chauffe-eau, ils sont tous les deux intervenus rapidement et ont mandaté un spécialiste dès qu'il est apparu qu'il y avait un vrai problème technique. Encore un grand merci.
La route en bordure de propriété est assez passante tôt le matin, mais pas vraiment bruyante, du moins lors de notre séjour. Cela n'a en tout cas pas altéré notre appréciation très positive de cette propriété que nous pouvons recommander sans réserves.

la villa est très agréable et très bien équipée. La piscine, le jardin, le coin barbecue absolument géniaux.
Plusieurs plages à proximité immédiate en voiture.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée et parfaite pour notre famille de 10 personnes avec à proximité loisirs et commodites du quotidien . Les propriétaires sont très disponibles , à l écoute et d une grande gentillesse . Nous recommandons très fortement cette villa .
